EMCSPCA

Eastern Madera County SPCA

The Eastern Madera County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a non-profit charitable organization supported entirely by donations. We receive no tax dollars or national subsidies of any kind.

Our mission is to promote the humane treatment of and maintain the quality of life for all animals whether they be domestic, exotic, wild, or livestock. It is the purpose of this society to foster a public attitude of gentleness towards animals and an awareness of the importance they have in our environment and daily lives.

Feral Program

“I have feral cats around my house that need fixed, what can I do?”

The Eastern Madera County SPCA supports the spay and neuter program for feral cats. Reach out to them by calling the EMCSPCA at 559-683-1266. EMCSPCA is run by volunteers, so you will be leaving a message.

Make sure to leave your name, contact information, and include in your message that you need to have some feral cats spayed and/or neutered. A volunteer will return your call and give you a Feral Number in your name; this number must be provided in order for the EMCSPCA to pay for the spay or neutering.

You can also call us to discuss additional resources for feral cat spay/neuter at 559-683-3313.
